All integrated Staffing Corporation associates are offered the following benefits:
Medical Coverage: Integrated Staffing Corporation has partnered with Enrollment First to provide wide-ranging, affordable medical coverage for participants who are not covered by traditional benefit programs and participants who want to complement other insurance coverage. Enrollment First's benefits department offers group benefits including health,dental, vision, disability, life insurance plans, and many more.
Vacation Pay: Accrued from the 1st of January each year. Each month that an associate works his/her full, required schedule without any instances of tardiness or absenteeism will result in one (1) paid day. Upon accumulation of 5 paid days and 1400 hours, associates will be able to receive 40 hours of paid leave at their current pay rate. Time off is subject to approval by on-site manager.
Holiday Pay: Accrued from the 1st of January each year. Associated must work a total or 600 hours, accrue at least 2 days towards vacation pay (will not be used for holiday pay) and work 8 hours the day before and the day after the holiday to get paid for the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- 4th of July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Referral Bonus: Any Integrated Staffing Corporation associate who recommends a friend to work for the company could receive a $25.00 bonus if the following condition is met: both you and the referral must work at least 200 hours in a 60 day period.
Client Referral Bonus: Any Integrated Staffing Corporation associate who reccommends a client could receive a $100.00 bonus if the following conditions are met: client must hire and retain an Integrated Staffing Corporation associate for 480 (approximately 90 days) and you must be on staff and working upon completion of this time frame.
Free Training: All Integrated Staffing Corporation associates are offered training. From Microsoft office products to Adobe, training is available once you are registered.
