Customer Service Representative
- Works closely with Clients, Sales Team, and Co-Workers.
- Answering/Responding to emails and continuous follow-up.
- High volume of phone calls in a fast-paced work environment.
- Processing orders, maintaining accounts, and report preperation.
Knowledge and experience within Customer Service is required. Multi-task oriented. Excellent communication skills, computer skills and problem solving abilities. High school diploma or general education degree.
