Integrated Staffing Corporation is proud to announce a new program that will enable the company to invest in and strengthen its ties to the community where it does business and where its employees live and work.

Integrated Staffing Corporation will work with nationally recognized organizations that have strong local operations by offering a major employee volunteer initiative. Each Integrated Staffing Corporation employee will be paid for up to 6 hours of volunteer services.

Workforce Recovery Plan

Let Integrated Staffing Corporation help your company with our Workforce Recovery Plan.  In these very uncertain economic times, having the flexibility with your workforce on a project by project basis is very important from both a productivity standpoint and a loyalty standpoint. Our Workforce Recovery Program allows companies to bring back loyal, and trained laid off workers through Integrated Staffing Corporation instead of bringing in new temporary workers with no company experience.

This may allow cost savings if the laid off workers would have had to receive benefits when brought back through the company. If brought back through Integrated Staffing Corporation, you can delay the provision of benefits until they transition back to your payroll. Once your company becomes more comfortable with economic conditions, and you are ready to start bring these workers back on a full time basis, Integrated Staffing Corporation will not charge any conversion fees for taking the worker off of our payroll, even if it was for only one day. This can be a great option for your company even if you have not considered using a temporary staffing company in the past.  

Please note that pay rolling rates are substantially less than the bill rates associated with placement of associates who have not worked within your organization in the past.
